Customers with an approved business account can enjoy wholesale prices from the AMBL website. Once you log in with a business account, prices and batch sizes are automatically customised for business customers.
To register for a wholesale account, simply select “Business” in the Sign Up pop-up box. You will then be asked to upload your business registration record (BR) and input your business registration number and expiry date. Once you click submit, our AMBL Wholesale team will review your details and send an email confirming whether your registration has been approved. Please note, registration as a business customer is subject to final approval by AMBL.
All florists, retail flower shops, wedding florists and event designers may sign up for a wholesale account provided you have a business license. If you are a freelance florist without a business registration, please email us with details of your website, IG or Facebook account and our team will contact you with next steps. Our wholesale webshop is also open to businesses in the F&B, retail and hospitality industries. Please note, all requests for registration as a business customer are subject to approval by AMBL.
Wholesale products are packaged and delivered in their grower or distributor original packaging (typically in cardboard or plastic sleeves) and condition (without removal of thorns or foliage).
As products purchased via a Business Account are delivered in their original grower packaging, customers are responsible for unpacking, trimming and hydrating their flowers. Please note that some flowers may appear dehydrated or misshapen upon arrival. This is common due to transit. Wholesale flowers require rehydration and conditioning before they are suitable for use. Simply unpack your flowers, cut a minimum of 3cm off the bottom of the stems, remove excess foliage, and place your flowers in a clean container of water, ideally with flower food. Most flowers will perk up within a few hours or overnight.
Professional florists store their flowers in temperature-controlled coolers (approximately 5°C) to optimise lifespan and freshness. For business customers who do not have temperature-controlled facilities, we strongly recommend storing flowers in the coolest possible room, away from direct sunlight, wind drafts and heating. We also recommend that your purchase flowers for arrival one day (and no more than two days) in advance of the planned date of usage.
Unfortunately, AMBL is not responsible for products mishandled or store improperly after delivery.
