All florists, retail flower shops, wedding florists and event designers may sign up for a wholesale account provided you have a business license. If you are a freelance florist without a business registration, please email us with details of your website, IG or Facebook account and our team will contact you with next steps. Wholesale products are packaged and delivered in their grower or distributor original packaging (typically in cardboard or plastic sleeves) and condition (without removal of thorns or foliage).
Some flowers may appear dehydrated or misshapen upon arrival. This is common due to transit. Wholesale flowers require rehydration and conditioning before they are suitable for use. Simply unpack your flowers, cut a minimum of 3cm off the bottom of the stems, remove excess foliage, and place your flowers in a clean container of water. Most flowers will perk up within a few hours or overnight.
Professional florists store their flowers in temperature-controlled spaces (1-3 degrees Celsius in coolers or higher if in temperature-controlled rooms) to optimise lifespan and freshness.
For business customers who do not have temperature-controlled facilities, we highly recommend storing flowers in the coolest possible room, away from direct sunlight, wind drafts and heating. We also recommend that your purchase flowers for arrival one day (and no more than two days) in advance of the planned date of usage.
