Account Registration

You may need to create an account to purchase certain products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Product Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing reasons. Should your order be rejected, we will refund or cancel any payments made in full. All prices and availability of the products listed on our site are subject to change without notice. If for any reason a price listed on the site is incorrect, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order made at the incorrect price even if payment has been made. In the event that payment has been made at the incorrect price and the order has been cancelled by us, we will refund the full amount paid. We are not obliged to ship any goods ordered until payment for those good has been received in full. In the event that the requested goods are unavailable, we may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

We accept several payment methods, including credit / debit cards. Payments must be made at the time of or through accepted methods. Payment will be processed at the time of the order. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the specified amount. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability and factors beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery on your specified date, we will endeavour to let you know of issues that may arise ahead of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties of factors beyond our control. Delivery charges vary based on the location and on peak dates. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery area selected.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the product at the door or with the concierge unless otherwise stated. If the product is not retrieved by the customer or recipient within an appropriate timeframe, we regret we cannot guarantee that the condition of the flowers will be the same as upon dispatch.

Safe Place

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we highly recommend that flowers are moved into a safe place – in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, wind drafts and heating – immediately upon delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to care for the flowers upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@amblflowers.com including a photo and your order number within 12 hours of delivery. Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 12 hours of delivery. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited back to the original payment method.

Product Descriptions and Photos

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. However, variations may occur as flowers are naturally varying products and subject to seasonal availability. As and when required, our florists will substitute stems while maintaining the look and feel of the product purchased.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in connection with any goods or services we provide to you including your use of this site and products and services you order on this site. To the maximum extend permitted by law, you hereby release and forever waive all claims that you may have against us for any loss or damage you may sustain in connection with y our use of this site and the products and services you order on this site or through us by other means.
